Foster & Blanchard Finance is a boutique finance broking business located in the heart of Adelaide. We provide professional individualized advice to our clients, and specialize in residential and personal lending.


Our knowledge, expertize and strong relationships with a broad range of lenders ensures that clients can be confident their lending needs are met efficiently and we ensure that contract time-frames are met. We pride ourselves on communicating with our clients throughout the finance process and liaise with third parties such as real estate agents, conveyancers and accountants so that the experience for clients is a positive one and is low stress.


We will work with you and your service providers (real estate agent, conveyancer and lender) during your purchasing process, while ensuring we help you obtain the finance that best suits your circumstances and needs.


We are very much relationship driven and our reputation has been built on the personal and professional approach we take with all stakeholders in the business, from clients to lenders and all of the people who are part of the finance process and transactions we are involved with.

We are available to meet with clients in our office conveniently located in leafy Halifax St during business hours, and a mobile lending service is available outside of business hours to provide added convenience. We understand it isn’t always possible for clients to be available during business hours so we will be flexible to accommodate our clients needs.

Shirley has been in the finance industry for over 10 years and has owned her own finance broking business  during that her finance career.  She has built the business over the past 10 years from word of mouth recommendations from happy clients and colleagues such as Accountants and Financial Advisers.

Shirley is passionate about providing professional advice and not only invests time and energy into her clients but also is passionate about education so that her clients have the best advice possible. She not only has a Diploma in Financial Services but also a Bachelor of Applied Finance and is a qualified Financial Adviser. In 2014 Shirley added financial planning services such as personal insurance and superannuation to her business by way of Foster & Blanchard Wealth.

In her  life before finance, Shirley was a Registered Nurse and specialised in oncology & haematology nursing.   Her love of people is evident to all those who meet her and she prides herself on the integrity she shows in all that she does.
